Your Instructor

Sandra is a classically trained ballerina

and former professional dancer.

She has over a decade of coaching experience, having taught at top studios in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco—including SoulCycle, Equinox, and Core Power Yoga. Outside of coaching she’s a proud mom of two kiddos and enjoys travel, tequila, and ordering from the kids menu.
